ODISSEE aims to revolutionize real-time, AI-driven data processing for high-energy physics and astrophysics research. CSCS’s contributions will enhance the flexibility, accessibility, and efficiency of European HPC infrastructures, facilitating groundbreaking discoveries, including advancements in the search for dark matter.

CSCS plans to improve the interoperability and programmability of HPC workflows by integrating multiple identity providers and job schedulers into the existing European REST API (FirecREST). This effort, conducted in collaboration with SURF in the Netherlands and BSC in Spain, will create a unified and adaptable environment for managing vast amounts of scientific data.

By focusing on interoperability and programmability, CSCS is playing a pivotal role in ensuring seamless, efficient, and scalable computing solutions for the scientific community. Through this initiative, CSCS and its partners are not only strengthening ODISSEE’s computational framework but also advancing Europe’s digital leadership in scientific computing.
