After more than 4.5 years of 24/7 tireless and reliable service, the system of MeteoSwiss “Albis and Lema” has been decommissioned. “Albis and Lema” has been the first production system installed in the new building of CSCS in early 2012. During the last six months of parallel operation, the new system “Escha and Kesch” gradually took over all operational tasks and is now in full production.
