Our centre has a standard recruiting procedure with sequential interview steps:
- If you are interested in a position at CSCS, please submit your application through the link in the job posting.
- Fill out all requested fields.
- For us it is important to understand your motivation for seeking a given position and why you are the best candidate. We invite you to write a detailed motivation letter.
- Applications are reviewed by a hiring committee. Please note that this step will need several weeks to complete. We try to give feedback as quickly as possible.
These are the steps you can expect:
- 1st round interview (by videoconference)
- 2nd round interview (by videoconference)
- Face-to-face interview in Lugano or Zurich. At this stage you will have a chance to see your future working environment and meet some possible future colleagues. CSCS will arrange the travel for your interview.
- If successful, you will receive an offer followed by a contract.
